Mission: The position requires a proactive customer driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing the supporting tasks for projects with the customer.

The role requires close working with the Project Managers, Commercial Managers, and technical leads.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the daily administrative and project management operations of a department

• Performing various support tasks for a team in logistics, purchasing administration, and project environment

• Being responsible for data entry, billing control, bank guarantees, purchases, and daily support to the project management team.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Portuguese is mandatory
• Be able to speak English. Spanish is a bonus
• Ability to work as an integral part of a team
• Aptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level
• Ability to understand work in a complex matrixial organization.

• Willing and capability to learn finance and project related SW
• Good to have, knowledge in SAP.
