We are seeking a motivated Presales Project Administrator to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, support business development initiatives, and work collaboratively across departments to drive success.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in presales activities by developing proposals and driving the whole process (RFI, FRP, Case Studies, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, SMEs, technical teams to define service offerings and scope of work
  • Collaborate with EPAM's Practice Heads and Representatives to create, improve, and extend EPAM's standard capabilities and offerings presentations
  • Draft, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with business and client requirements
  • Manage service portfolio materials in corporate systems
  • Manage CRM system updates, ensuring accurate tracking of deals, approvals, and pipeline progress
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Reporting and analytics

  • Understanding and expertise in presales/sales process
  • Excellent presenting and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • English B2+ and higher
  • Expert of Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, Excel)
