As a Program Manager and SAFe Release Train Engineer, you'll be at the heart of driving innovation and sustainability in building systems. Imagine owning the program roadmap, managing scope, budget, and plans, all while collaborating closely with product and R&D leaders. It's a chance to orchestrate the Agile Release Train, ensuring smooth value delivery and optimizing team workflows.
In your day-to-day, you'll work with:
- Program Management: Lead program roadmap delivery, managing scope, budget, and plans in partnership with Product and R&D leaders.
- Agile Leadership: Orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) for efficient value delivery, focusing on PI planning, backlog refinement, and optimizing flow.
- Collaboration and Governance: Act as the central point for all functions, ensuring strong collaboration and trust, and maintaining best-in-class governance and communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a high-performing team environment, driving relentless improvement and predictability in delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Manage planning cycles, cashout, dependencies, and risks, ensuring alignment with resource managers.
- Customer Focus: Keep customer and quality at the forefront of all offers, driving significant efficiencies in offer creation and lifecycle.
- Leadership: Motivate and challenge teams, acting as a leader of leaders with a business and system thinking mindset.
- Metrics Management: Be accountable for key metrics such as time, schedule, predictability, quality, and flow, focusing on critical path and risk management.

Skills you must have for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in RTE and/or program management in software and cloud solutions
- More than 5 years of technical experience
- Strong people skills, including communication, risk assessment, change management, and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence and convince
- Strong Agile experience
- Solid understanding of business needs
Nice-to-have skills for this role:
- SAFe certification (SPC, LPM, or other)
- Experience launching products to global markets
- Understanding of offer strategy and solution identification
- Experience with multi-site and remote teams
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS)
