Description of the position:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning human resources with strategic business objectives. Acting as both an expert and consultant, you will provide guidance to management on all HR-related matters. Your mission will be to cultivate HR excellence through a strong alignment with business needs and employee-centric governance. You will drive business growth by enhancing leadership capabilities and advancing human capital development, all while fostering increased engagement and collaboration across the organization.

Your IMPACT:
  • Lead and Inspire a Team: Manage a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development while driving high performance and accountability within the team.
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with executive leaders to create significant business value through the continuous development of our human capital. You will spearhead initiatives that support business growth by enhancing leadership capabilities and developing a robust talent pipeline.
  • Transformation Driver: Act as a key driver for HR transformation initiatives, from design to execution, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. Serve as an ambassador for the country, representing our HR vision and values.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business operations to ensure that HR processes and programs align with Group values and are executed effectively. Oversee HR campaigns within respective teams (Performance Reviews, Global Salary Review, Development Plans, Talent Review).
  • Consultative Leadership: Provide strategic HR guidance to line management, fostering partnerships that deliver value-added services in line with business objectives.
  • Human Capital Planning: Drive comprehensive human capital planning, identifying and allocating resources effectively.
  • Performance Management: Offer strategic performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and navigating disciplinary actions.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Contribute to the design of organizations to meet business challenges, supporting implementation of change management operations that deliver high-performance solutions.
  • Complex Employee Relations Management: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, minimizing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed.

What Will Help You to Be Successful?
  • Extensive HR Expertise: Proven experience in Human Resources with a comprehensive understanding of the HR landscape, ability to lead organizational and people development initiatives, and performance management programs.
  • Transformation Experience: Demonstrated experience in driving transformations from design through execution in a complex environment.
  • Business Partnership Skills: Advanced capabilities in creating business partnerships and consulting to influence outcomes and enhance organizational performance.
  • HR Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR management processes, tools, and labor law requirements, with an emphasis on ethical practices and integrity.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
  • Leadership Qualities: A mature, proactive leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, possessing a business-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
