The Role

Your Role

Labor Relations for Kyndryl France as primary responsibility, and Business HR Partner for Kyndryl Organizations, in your role you will be the Country HR leader deputy,

As Labor Relations leader for France :

  • Drives monthly Work Council meetings
  • Negotiates with Unions Company agreements with transformational impacts
  • Ensures compliance with country legislation/labor law and focuses on risk mitigation to the business

As HR Business Partner

  • Owns people strategy for area of responsibility and partners with the global HR teams and COEs to facilitate execution
  • Provides local expert guidance & advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues.
  • Support Managers in driving a high-performance culture

Required Skills and Experience

The candidate should have :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources function
  • Worked in a IT services Company in France,
  • Worked in a global Matrix organization,
  • Led labor relations and negotiated company agreements with transformational impacts
  • Shaped cultural transformation projects in support of business leaders.
  • The potential to fast evolve in our HR Organization whether locally in France or in a global HR role,
  • Candidate must be fluent in French and English,
  • Managed HR Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams locally in France and globally
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated
