The Role: Performance Business Finance Analyst (1 year direct contract)
What will you do?
- Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights to support decision-making and finance transformation initiatives.
- Prepare regular financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with transformation goals.
- Assist in evaluating and optimizing financial processes and systems to align with transformation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insights that support transformation efforts.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and presentations, specifically focusing on transformation-related initiatives.
- Additional Responsibilities for Finance Transformation Support:
- Actively participate in finance transformation initiatives, providing analytical support and data-driven insights.
- Engage in process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes in alignment with transformation goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address financial transformation requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives .
- Provide support in the implementation of new financial systems, tools, or processes to drive transformation and efficiency.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 3 -5 years of experience in finance and performance analysis roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experienced in financial management and performance systems in corporate with multi-businesses working with different ERP platforms
- Proven track record in international business transformation and change management projects
