We are a looking for an OEM, Regional Leader, East Asia to make an impact! In this role, you will be deploying OEM strategy with countries working with the full customer pyramid to grow market share with OEMs; Machine Builders. Process OEMs, Control Panel Builders, Machine Integrators and associated ecosystem.

- What will you do?
- Support countries to achieve the business targets aligned with AOP/AMSP
- Work with respective regional team (IVP, Segment Leader, other GTM leader) to define 3-5 year rolling OEM growth plan, with identification of investments required
- Assist countries with platforming, market coverage & pipeline management, including business as usual (BAU)
- Work with global and local teams to deploy all the pieces to have the best-in-class digital customer experience for their customers
- Deploy OEM Consultative selling program in collaboration with Global Training teams

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- University Degree or Masters in Engineering and/or Business
- at least 5 years in sales, marketing or general management in global or country organizations
- Preferred 2-3 years experience working in a International organization
