• Respons ible for sales pipeline management , productivity analysis ensuring monthly bookings and successful implementation of strategic growth goals, in line with the set goals.
• Initiates new opportunities through identification, development, negotiations and creating business with current and new clients.
• Creates and maintains a sales plan for current and new strategic clients. Identif ies and develop s strategies for business growth.
• Manages demand and assesses opportunities.
• Supports the development of colleagues in the field of Energy business.
• It cooperates with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery .
• Solves customer issues, including end-to-end delivery
• Monitor s new launches in SE offer and is proactive in continuous training and technical specialization in the field of substation automation, micro grid, scada, batery storage, digital grid .
• Support s designers

What qualifications will make you succesful:

• VI or VII degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Analytical profile and able to relate the results with the business
• Culture of customer first
• Demonstrates independent thinking when evaluating critical information to reach conclusions
• Strong collaborative skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast changing environment
• Fluent in English
