Main area of responsibilities:
1. Co-pilot and Partner with Zone Business VP and local Business Leader: To deliver and optimize long and short-term Business Performance, by supporting strategy and advising on decision making to reach Target:
• Develop and maintain high level Business Acumen on Systems: Business environment (market trends, concentration, competition, challenges).
• Partnership: Forge strong partnerships with System business leaders, providing expert support and constructive challenges. Ensure effective actions are taken for both short- and long-term performance delivery, maintaining a focus on results.
• Contribute strategic Roadmap definition (AMSP) and challenge commercial and marketing strategy to capture profitable Growth while ensuring consistency across all countries.

• Business advisory: Identify & drive action plan to deliver on Business plan, Support decisions on key added values areas, Ensure Business compliance end ethics.
• Support new business models/ transformation implementation, M&A, Alloc. Of resources / Investment.
2. Drive Commercial profitability on Division and Channel: Monitor action plans while being able to understand change in the environment, root cause of performance issues / deviation with the roadmap and assess risks / opportunities:
• Support and challenge on Channel development: Cross businesses, challenge local organization on customer performance, support on new customer acquisition (Price, Segments, offer, etc..), support Channel saturation to gain new opportunities.
• Support and challenge on Business development: Channel coverage, mix management, GTM, cross selling, cost to serve, Performance by customers.
• Active participation in Sales council and regional sales review.
3. Financial performance & Key expertise: Drive Financial performance by contributing to the closing risks assessments and P&L management while supporting on the efficiency Initiatives.
• Contribute to Closing on Risk assessment and accruals.
• Performance Monitoring and P&L Management to deliver on Targets.
• Provide input for Yearly activity, Forecast, LT Plan, efficiency plan and Business Review.
• Set and monitor the ambition in Delta Price, support in optimizing pricing power (optimize mix between Price List, discounts, rebates, ...).
• Ensure alignment on the Commercial Policy with Strategy & profitable growth (categorization, mix management, ...).
4. Play a critical role within Iberian Finance organization to support the Business Finance Transformation and One Finance contribution:
• Being a change agent by proactively contribute and collaborate to ONE Finance community activities, working towards harmonized, efficient and compliant ways of working, applying latest digital tools, dashboards, policies, etc
• Proactively participate in the global or zone initiatives and take full ownership as well as leadership for the assignments if any
• Support transformation by identifying and working on standardization, automatization and digitalization of processes and dashboard.
• Support drive continuous improvement of the organization and help building robust process to streamline the workload.
5. Communication and collaboration with Internal and External stakeholders: SPOC on Division Financial performance for a various audience
• Zone CFO
• Head Business Finance
• CAO /Accounting community
• Business leaders
• Lob / Corporate Business Finance
• Internal control
• External Auditors
Skills and attributes:
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and P&L management. Strong knowledge of project accounting and IFRS rules.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct thorough financial and performance analyses, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Strategic Thinking: Capacity to lead strategic planning initiatives and develop actionable forecasts aligned with long-term goals.
• Leadership and Team Management: Experience in inspiring and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving engagement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficiency in resolving discrepancies and implementing process improvements.
• Risk Management: Skills in evaluating risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with commercial strategies.
• Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional transformation projects, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Adaptability: Capability to champion change initiatives and facilitate organizational growth in a dynamic environment.
