Finance Business Partner

Mission Statement：

Act as controlling support for the GRC + JP + KR, SG&A, Function & Legal Entity Controlling. In addition, support Controlling and Planning COE HUB in Xiamen in automation reports for the country to promote standardization and increase efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• You will prepare management reporting for Korea and Great China.
• You will prepare other financial report.
• You will do accruals & provisions for Great China for function cost and global charges etc.
• You will do AP process for PO issue for intercompany charges etc.
• You will do AR process issue debit notes and invoice for intercompany charges.
• You will support for Domestic Sales and FES controlling.
• You will do HFM reporting Support.
• LPG Functional Costs- Forecasts & Budgets.
• You will do master data activities IO, PC, CC, internal BP creation.
• Statutory Support: external audit document preparation.
• Other financial activities.

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting.
• 2-3 years working experience in controlling and / or Financial Planning & Accounting or Accounting.
• Proficient in IT system: ERP (SAP FI/CO), MS Office.
• Fluent in written and oral English, known Korean will be better.
