What you'll do:
This position is based in a fast-paced plant environment that supports Eaton's global business and operations that uses different applications for financial accounting and reporting. This position provides financial leadership to the AAR Aftermarket team, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive improvement and help drive actions to achieve overall AAR Aftermarket targets. This role connects finance processes with commercial and operations, providing guidance, drive actions, and financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to the business to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Helps drive accountability for results and defining key performance metrics together with business leaders
• Program Accounting:
o Weekly reporting of key program and Business Stream metrics to AAR Aftermarket team and business (Orders, Sales, Margin, Spend)
o Preparation of monthly results to Gross Profit for relevant Programs
o Monthly reviews of program contract performance - historic and forecast
• Assist in driving forecast/ budget and 5-year plan process within revenue stream
• Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational decision-making, such as evaluating order intake and book & ship opportunities, as well as monthly reporting for the revenue stream
• Financial Modeling: Create financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational performance
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets
• Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement
• Ad Hoc tasks as requested by Site Finance Manager and AAR Aftermarket team
• Work with and support other Finance team members within both WIM and the MSD organization
Interim State Job Requirements:
• Finance Transformation: Play an active role in leading the WIM finance team through Finance Transformation activities through transition of responsibilities into the Operating for Growth Structure
• Champion the finance culture change at the plant level, aiding the finance team to operate as business partners
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA
• Minimum of two (2) years varied accounting/finance experience; Additional experience will be required to Supervisor and Manager level roles
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail
Soft Skills:
• Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals
• Detail-oriented with effective organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated, highly analytical and self-starter
