We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Team Manager for our team in Ballerup. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our commissioning resources for our Building Management System projects. As an Engineering Team Manager, you will lead a team that reports directly to you, so it is crucial that you support them in growing and developing, both as a group and individually. This also includes helping your team members to develop within the company.

What we are looking for in our new Engineering Team Manager:
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Experience with project resource planning.
  • Experience from Building Management Systems and commissioning activities is seen as an advantage.
  • Solid experience with digital platforms and tools (including Microsoft Office).
  • Fluent in both Danish and English.

You excel in resource coordination and planning through a proactive and strategic approach in collaboration with the rest of our project execution team. You will play an important role in developing and improving our ways of working internally, which will help make our projects more efficient. While you will work locally, we encourage you to have a global mindset, as we always strive to create a positive impact on a larger scale.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Personnel responsibility for the project technicians.
  • Coordination and planning of resources for commissioning activities for existing Building Management System projects and coming projects (pipeline).
  • Hiring and onboarding of new project technicians.
  • Active participation during the tendering phase.
  • Responsible for training and upskilling relevant to project execution.
  • Actively work on employee well-being and development.
  • Conduct safety audits and follow up on health and safety regulations.
