We're hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

YOUR ROLE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control the outcome quality and the schedule for all allocated project (or Ensure that the team is organized to meet the project targets from quality and schedule perspective)
  • Plan and manage the budget of assigned cost center(s)
  • Plan, monitor and control capabilities of teams
  • Manage the engineering team in term of planning , executing , adjusting to changed situation in the project.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support hardware engineering projects.
  • Planning skills development & workload of the team members.
  • Assigning the project competency lead.
  • Monitor project execution progress , adjust when needed, e.g. metrics, key performance indicators, .
  • Committed to project execution and drive solutions
  • Be active participant of the customer communication which includes at the customer site presence.
  • Drive the problem resolution process.
  • Provide the vision of the team development to the Engineering/Department Manager.
  • Engineering group members motivation and rating.
  • Identify talent needs within the hardware engineering team and collaborate with HR to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Keeping contacts with internal and external clients.
  • Care for good company image.
  • Permanent and regular developing of professional qualifications.
  • Care for confidential information and company's property.

  • Ability to speak, read and write English R

  • Prior experience in automotive industry P
  • Willing to travel as required R
