Schneider Electric is looking for Delivery Manager at EcoStruxure IT Services to oversee deployment and advanced customer solution service projects in European region(UK, Ireland & Israel), act as vital link between technical and business aspects.
Manage the project lifecycle from planning to turnover, ensuring timely, budget-friendly completion, maintaining high-levels of customer satisfaction. Candidate's professionalism is crucial in delivering high-quality and impactful journey.
Responsibilities includes:
- Project Management: lead software service and advanced customer solution projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize your skills and experience to deliver the project starting from Kick-off till turn over.
- Communication: Collaborating with a variety of key stakeholders (like solution architects, execution team, service partners, product managers, overlay sales, order management team) to drive Customer outcomes and ensure ongoing revenue recognition and successful project delivery.
- Frequently interacting with our customers during implementation, focusing on project deliverables, identify risk associated if any, Analyze the impact and mitigate the risk, communicate to relevant stakeholders if involved.
- Adapt to change in orders, assess the impact, budget, timelines while maintaining project integrity.
- Manage external deployment team, vendors and contractors involved in project, monitor their performance, and adhere project delivery timelines.
- Track the project backlogs and forecast capacity for execution.
- Provide regular reporting and insights in relation to, project status, risks, performance, financials, and other key metrics within European Region.
- Work closely with Solution architects and pre-sales engineers, understand the customer deliverables, and sign off technical proposals.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, team processes, workflows ad technical practices to be part of our continuous improvement plan

Qualification and Requirements:
- Education: Associates/Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in project administration with strong customer support for complex technical solutions in a Data Centre environment.
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and partner execution functions.
- Experience in working on key business processes: Analytics, Reporting, Service Delivery, Revenue Recognition.
- Experience in collaboration and teamwork to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in critical facility and/or Data Centre projects (preferred)
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive behaviors that support core values.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in project management (preferred).
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours with travel up to 25%, including some global travel
