What will you do?
- Own and refine the IA channel strategy for Singapore & Brunei, with a focus on transforming IA-specialised distribution and accelerating e-commerce growth.
- Analyse data and monitors metrics as well as external competitive landscape. Use insights generated to inform channel strategy and action plan.
- Platform channel partners to ensure optimal market coverage. Directly prospect, recruit and onboard new channel partners where necessary to improve coverage.
- Localise global channel programmes and implement these with local partners, working closely with Sales. Regularly meet partners to maintain good understanding and to support actions e.g. partner enablement.
- Lead the annual renewal of commercial partner agreements in line with channel objectives, delivering through account managers for individual CPAs.
- Assist channel account managers in their business planning with respective channel partners.
- Maintain partner performance reporting, manage marketing development funds and oversee partner rebates.
- Develop and execute promotional marketing campaigns to boost sales of transactional IA products through all relevant channels, with a focus on sell-out.
- Champion growth of IA offers in the Easy Series portfolio through strategic planning and driving execution.
- Embody Digital leadership e.g. actively leveraging of digital tools and promoting digital marketing for demand generation. Promote channel partner adoption of the mySchneider portal.
- Lead IA team participation in the annual business planning process.
- Support external marketing activities led by channel partners or the Schneider Electric country marketing team.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar and budget for the team.
- Maintain a working understanding of key offers and communicate their value proposition to channel partners.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Minimum 8 years experience in B2B channel marketing and/or B2B channel sales
- Experience in strategic marketing planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to blend quantitative and qualitative insights for decision-making.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills to articulate marketing plans and messages.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport internally and externally.
- Passion for understanding and championing the needs of channel partners and their customers.
- Love for constant learning, challenges and problem solving.
- Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Existing understanding of the IA ecosystem and networks with IA-relevant channel partners is a strong plus.
- Existing knowledge of IA offers is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing (email marketing, marketing automation, search engine optimisation, online advertising) is a plus.
