Meta is looking for an experienced, business minded and highly experienced Retail marketer to take on this this exciting role in the Madrid Meta office focused on hardware. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Director in London, this role will own retail/channel marketing, online retail executions, in store marketing programmes and customer acquisition for Meta in Spain and Italy. The Meta team is developing the future of the wearable category and bringing products to consumers that transform entertainment and social experiences. The Channel Marketing team at Meta is tasked with growing consumer adoption of Meta hardware technology and with working with partners to develop this new exciting category.

- Plan and execute retail marketing programs to drive sales of Meta products in Spain and Italy
- Plan, track and optimise co-marketing budget
- Brief Creative teams and manage marketing assets
- Own and enhance the customer experience online and in store including fixture placement, demos, online product pages
- Support retail expansion into new stores and new European markets
- Work in close conjunction with the Sales Account Managers to support their objectives and drive the day-to-day execution of all retail marketing activity, track key metrics, execute bundles, promotions and content offers, improve efficiencies through the marketing mix
- 5+ years in marketing role, with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing
- Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods within both online and retail capacity with experience of the leading Consumer Electronics retailers
- A track record leading successful retail marketing programmes and go to market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
- Demonstrable experience in planning and managing significant marketing budgets
- Clear understanding of the retail landscape and direct experience working with Consumer Eletronics retailers in Spain and Italy
- Experience working directly with retailers on bundles, promotions and store merchandising
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills demonstrating advanced business acumen that reflects the Meta's values
- An in depth understanding of CE consumer in particular tech early adopters and an advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, ideally with post-graduate business/marketing qualification
- Fluent English, Spanish, Italian language required
