- Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans
- KOLs management
- Participate in national marketing plan development
- Develop area marketing plans
- Regional brand management
- Regional market intelligence
- Close collaboration and communication with CMKT\Medical\ training\sales
1. Execute / implement national & regional marketing plans (weighting%: 45%)
- Efficacy \Quantity\Quality\Accurate coverage of depth customers
- Effective and accurate resources allocation through close collaboration and communication with CMKT

- KOLs personalized platform build up
- Providing meaningful and consistent insights to optimize KOL engagement and speaker development strategies
- KOLs list maintenance and organize routine X-functional team review
- KOLs coverage as speaker usage
- Participate in annual long range strategic planning (3-year plan)
- Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan (1-year plan)
- Propose regional tactical cycle plans (4 times per year)
- Report local market info to central (on a monthly basis)
- Organize Brand Champion
- Participate brand team, implement\racking activities implementation; provide the required data and insight for brand plan
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
College Degree or Above
Experience & knowledge:
- At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry
- At least 1 years sales force management experience
- Industry/product knowledge
- Good marketing planning skills
- Good project management skills
- Good KOLs management skills
- Good selling skills
- Good interpersonal skills
