The role of the Sr Regional Manager is to drive new opportunity creation for our Bioprocessing Group (BPG) business in the Southeast region. You will lead a team of Bioprocessing Account Managers (BAMs) to develop new opportunities and expand the commercial market for our products. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our growth and contribute to the success of our three main divisions: Single use Technologies Division (SUD), Biologics and Chemicals Division (BCD), and Process Liquids and Purification Division (PPA).

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with General Managers to ensure representation of their respective business units.

Foster collaboration and interaction between BAM colleagues and internal working partners.

Develop and implement strategies for BPG, including competitive analysis and sales techniques.

Drive new product introduction and important messaging activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Provide commercial leadership, guidance, and mentorship in various sales situations.

Facilitate connections and standard methodologies between territories and global sites within the Bioproduction Group, while maintaining focus on each division.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Marketing, or Engineering related field, or equivalent experience

Experience:

10 plus years of experience in Life Science product sales, preferably bioproduction related but not required

Proven experience in leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced commercial environment

Strong understanding of Sales Incentive Plans

Proven ability to coach, train, mentor, and develop both new and top-tier sales representatives

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of the Bioproduction environment, key players, competitors, and general workflow.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Business Intelligence dashboards, with the ability to derive insights and drive action from the data

Excellent selling skills and familiarity with the Miller Heiman selling approach
