We are seeking a highly motivated person to be part of this newly built North Europe Transplant franchise, eager to build up excellent relationships with the transplant centres and all the stakeholders involved in chronic Graft-vs-Host Disease management within the Nordics.

Reporting to the Head of Transplant North Europe, this role is strategically positioned to realize the ambition for the Transplant franchise and to contribute to the overall future success of Sanofi.

You will play a crucial role in the pre-launch planning and engagement activities, developing and executing customer-focused plans for the Transplant Centres within your scope. After launch, you are responsible for achieving the defined sales targets.

Main responsibilities:

Pre-Launch (Q4 2024-Q3 2026)
  • Identifies key stakeholders in each of the Transplant Centres within Scope and develops an appropriate engagement plan aligned to their needs
  • Conducts in-depth profiling of key Haematologist-Oncologists involved in chronic Graft-vs-Host Disease Management
  • Develops customer-focused plans aligned to the brand strategy
  • Builds Sanofi image/reputation in the Transplantation field
  • Orchestrates the unbranded campaign, leveraging Sanofi channels to raise awareness for better management of prevention, implementation of treatment and monitoring of transplant patients in geographical area
  • Strengthens mastery of disease and product through HCP engagements in key congresses and scientific meetings
  • Develop a valuable relationship with healthcare professionals based on quality medical information and an ethical approach in compliance with the regulatory framework
  • Participates in local and international internal and external meetings as required

Launch (Q3 2026 onwards)
  • Responsible for the sales goals and qualitative performance parameters in the assigned area
  • Develops and implements commercial, customer-focused projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers
  • In close collaboration with Medical, Customer Engagement and other relevant functions, identifies, plans and executes projects aligned to the brand strategy
  • Organizes local symposia and workshops with the key customers (HCPs, Nurses, Transplant Center stakeholders)
  • Participates in in local, national and international meetings and symposia
  • Ensures compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
  • Consistently ensures operating in accordance with Sanofi's Code of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.

About you
  • 5+ years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the Specialty care area (haematology, oncology, transplant, immunology)
  • Preferably specific knowledge and network in Transplantation, or Haematology-Oncology, especially with regards to key customers

Technical skills:
  • Demonstrated customer engagement, project management and digital competencies
  • Strong drive to deliver results while working collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Can work autonomously, learn fast, and work in an agile manner
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven track record of success in various field-based sales roles
  • Deep understanding of care pathway operational aspects
  • A solution-oriented mindset enabling effective and creative problem-solving with customers' needs as a primary focus
  • Expertise in clinical data, disease education and diagnostics
  • Strong commercial business acumen, strategic thinking
  • Digital & Analytical skills: able to analyze data, feedback and turn it into insights
  • Must achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures, and require the same of his/her team
  • Willingness to travel (min. 80% customer facing activities), valid driver 's license

Languages:
  • Fluently in both verbal and written English and local language
