Role Overview:
Our Business Partner and Workplace Innovation team collaborates closely with Salesforce, leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate the business in meeting its strategic goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to support our efforts in improving operations and processes across the team. The intern will play a key role in enhancing our offerings related to the insights we share with the business and REWS from our business partner and workplace innovation initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist the Director of Business Partner and Workplace Innovation in refining and developing playbooks to ensure they effectively meet business needs.
- Contribute to the creation of executive-level presentations, showcasing insights and strategies for senior leadership.
- Evaluate the current program and identify opportunities for enhancement to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and drive more efficient processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Current Junior/Rising Senior (December 2025/May 2026 grad date) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across a broad range of cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working across multiple projects.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $29 to $31.
