Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs that align with Forbes and AAA standards.
• Conduct monthly and weekly audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate new hire and management orientation programs.
• Collaborate with managers to create and execute training action plans.
• Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and make improvements.
• Organize and lead employee recognition programs and social activities.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Completion of relevant courses in hospitality management, luxury service standards, or related fields is a plus.
• Certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), are highly desirable.
• Must have previous experience in adult learning theories, curriculum development, and creating engaging training programs. Preferably in an AAA Four-Star or Forbes 5-Star hotel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Proven track record in a leadership role.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and other training software.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
