Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist is a critical role that drives employee performance across Model N. In this role, you will build eLearning content, administer our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate training logistics, and respond to employee and manager requests related to our learning programs. You will partner with colleagues in the Learning & Development department, HR Business Partners, and functional subject matter experts. As a member of the People Team and reporting to the Vice President of Global Learning & Development, you will support the implementation of an innovative L&D strategy that enables Model N’ers to do the best work of their career.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Use authoring tools to create engaging eLearning courses, microlearning modules, simulations, video, audio, and animation.
Design and develop engaging learning activities, knowledge checks, and assessments to enhance the learning process.
Create high-quality supplemental learning materials that enhance the retention of learning, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentation files, handouts, job aids, videos, audio files, and other learning objects.
Support learning content review/approval processes, including SME and quality reviews
Administer, configure, and maintain our Workday Learning learning management system (LMS).
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to the LMS functionality.
Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to upload, organize, and update learning materials, courses, and assessments within the LMS.
Oversee and manage the assignment of learning platform licenses; monitor and regularly report on license usage.
Develop and generate detailed reports and analytics on learning activities, user engagement, and system performance. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations.
Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations and oversee the implementation of LMS upgrades and enhancements.
Provide logistical support for in-person learning events including new hire induction.
Support Tier 2 level questions related to learning and development in Jira.
Qualifications
Three years’ experience using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and technology tools to develop effective, engaging, and interactive training courses.
Experience administering a learning management system (LMS) or learning experience platform (LXP); experience with Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning preferred.
Experience working with eLearning course authoring tools; experience with Articulate preferred.
Experience working with subject matter experts in multiple business functions to deliver training content on a variety of topics.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High working proficiency in Office 365 tools especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
