Position Description
Job Summary
Scope: New brand roll out, market & competition intelligence, customer training programs - Construction Chemicals North America, part of HPS.
Internship Purpose: actively support the roll-out of the new company name and manage directly several sub-projects related to the new brand launch. Support the Marketing & Communications team in implementing new digital tools, execute the communication plan, and support the business needs.
Missions & Responsibilities
- New brand roll out:
- Actively support the branding roll out leading some of the projects like the new website development as well as the social media accounts working with our communications manager.

- Implement the right digital tools to streamline social media scheduling & posting activities.
- Support the internal communication related to the brand roll out and help manage the brand ambassador community.
- Execute any rebranding activities of our documentation
- Help coordinate activities & communication with the French headquarters communication team
- PIM management:
- Lead the extension of the PIM tool to the entire portfolio and coordinate the activities with the project team in France
- Involve the different stakeholders to guarantee the good approval of the information & the collection of the required assets
- Facilitate the connection with our website and the publication of the product documentation
- Customer engagement:
- Support the development of new digital training materials for our customers working with our customer engagement program manager
- Coordinate branding roll out communication activities with the customer engagement initiatives when makes sense
- Market & Competition intelligence:
- Work with French Headquarter Communication team to implement the selected tool and set it up according to our business needs
- Communicate the insights to the organization
Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
- Successful experience in product/program launches internally and/or externally
- Experience with digital tools such as website, social media, webinar solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard software is required
- Great abilities to develop proficiency in new digital tools
- Strong project management skills: communicate, coordinate multiple stakeholders, set priorities, respect timeline and get things done
- Fluent in English
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Communication
- Proficient in speaking French
