Raytheon is seeking a Data Manager to support programs in the Richardson, TX location (On-site).

This role provides Data Management (DM) support for assigned Program(s). Support data item reviews and deliver data in electronic and hardcopy format per Government Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL), and Raytheon internal requirements.
Post electronic documentation in Program databases. Help analyzing contracts and contract modifications to develop Data Item schedules in line with Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Assist program management personnel in organizing and recording Program data in Program and Corporate libraries and databases.
What You Will Do
- Track/expedite/forecast Program data deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs) and other work products.
- Provide configuration control of program documentation as required.
- Generate data approval forms, submittal letters, and title pages observing classification, distribution, marking, and handling requirements.
- Coordinate electronic transmittal/sharing of program data per Program requirements.
- Support contract closure efforts; program review activities, and archival of records.
- Observe Program security requirements and Raytheon data protection requirements, especially for marking deliverable data.
- Support peer reviews of selected Program plans and key documents This hybrid position will work primarily on site, however, occasionally will allow for work from home a few days a week dependent on program needs, with management approval.
- The candidate will also be required to communicate status to functional management, interface with other engineering disciplines and to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional experience, or in absence of a degree, 6 years of professional experience is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with data management and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a customer support/service role
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Fluent knowledge principles, standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard.
- Prepare Configuration Management planning documentation.
- Experienced in interpreting a Contract, and SOW and writing flow down CM requirements in CMOP and SSOW.
- Coordinate/Lead/Board Meeting with Engineering Review Board (ERB)Configuration/Change Control Boards (CCBs).
- Independent CM management of the design, development and maintenance of hardware technical data Interpret engineering drawing practices and apply them to work products under formal control.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
