We’re looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Configure, support, and optimize specific existing Workday modules
(Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits) and add new functionality as necessaryCollaborate with the People team to continue to build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem.
Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
Train and mentor junior configuration specialists
Create functional and technical systems documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
Someone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goals
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels
Ability to work well under general supervision
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
5+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification

The minimum target salary for this position is $120,000
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance award
This position is eligible to receive ongoing equity grants.
