We have an exciting remote opportunity for a highly skilled Digital Technology Supply Chain Senior Manager. to join our Digital Technology Supply Chain team.
What You Will Do:
The selected individual will be part of our dynamic Digital Technology Supply Chain team and will be responsible for managing and leading the DT supply chain team while also being responsible for the design, configuration, testing and implementation of Supply Chain DT projects that support our SAP procurement processes and application requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and leading the supply chain team to ensure that the procurement needs of the business are met.
- In addition, the individual will play a key role in creating a positive team culture and supporting the career growth of the team.
- The individual will leverage a strong solution and application architecture background to troubleshoot complex supply chain issues and make recommendations for strategic changes to our landscape to improve the reliability and accuracy of existing solutions.
- The candidate will own shared understanding across the project spectrum from high-level business objectives to detailed functionality and will work with developers towards building and validating solutions to meet expected outcomes.
- The individual selected for this role will work with internal teams as well as external partners including outsources and technology application vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in translating client requirements into designs that leverage the best practices embedded within SAP ECC and Ariba applications.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team aligned with our vision, strategy, values and behaviors.
- Support and engage with various cross functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and serve as subject matter expert in Ariba solutions.
- Partner with various business units and ERP Core teams to develop vision, strategy, and technical solutions leveraging SAP core capabilities and best practices to create an affordable and sustainable solution.
- Manage and record employee performance as well as assign and monitor projects and tasks.
- Assist in managing expectations with both business and DT stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP business network and integration knowledge with SAP and non-SAP transactional systems; OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP business network and integration knowledge with SAP and non-SAP transactional system.
- Experience with SAP Ariba Buying & SLP as well as Sourcing & Contracts.
- Ariba solutions delivery experience in one or more upstream or downstream modules.
- Functional experience in configuring and supporting process design in SAP Supply Chain with strong understanding of the modules.
- Previous experience in leading a team.
- Experience with SAP MM-PUR modules of ECC.
- Experience with SAP supply chain, materials management module in procurement.
- Strong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape.
- Business domain knowledge of integration between SCM and ECC.
- Ariba integration to non-SAP ERP.
- Strong SAP ERP procurement processes experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Experience in SAP Fieldglass.
- Experience in SAP Business Network.
- Prior experience as an ABAP developer or debugging.
- Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results.
- Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership.
- Results oriented with intense focus on success and achievement despite obstacles both within and outside of direct control.
- Individual needs to be self-driven and proactive on assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is:
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
