As a Principal Aftermarket Coordinator, utilizing SAP, you will oversee the overall management of Aftermarket orders, to include Aircraft on Ground (AOG), expedite requests, timeliness of work order releases, and monitoring progress of orders throughout the manufacturing process and ultimate shipment. You will facilitate the capacity management process, including identification and escalation of long-term capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer's demands in support of SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning). This position also provides ship date commitment and updates when changes occur on all Aftermarket orders.

What You Will Do:
- Investigate and execute any new sales orders that have been loaded at lead time but are parts complete and could be actioned immediately.
- Execute continuous management of the master demand schedule for all Interiors Services and Support (ISS) organization parts, including adherence to all required validations using the best information available.
- Mitigate risks for short term shortages with internal suppliers to ensure successful customer delivery.
- Work with Senior Inventory Planner to identify opportunities where Aftermarket lead times in SAP can be improved.
- Maintain Aftermarket Box chart to identify shortages and action daily.
- Attend and provide input to internal Shortage meeting for ISS held weekly.
- Investigate and resolve issues slowing shipments, STO's (Stock Transfer Orders), or any other issues hindering the Shipping Department from getting orders shipped.
- Engage site Supply chain members for follow up on late deliveries or late to place PO's.
- Possess the ability to work with OE Program Managers on shared priorities when it comes to material or capacity constraints.
- If necessary, collaborate with PMs and resolve issues on these constraints.
- Be able to publish results of these discussions.
- Collaborate with Line Planners on scheduling priorities.
- Provide status on past due, HOT, Aircraft on Ground (AOG), and coming due orders to internal and external interested parties.
- Be the Colorado Springs point of contact (POC) for all issues concerning ISS.
- Run availability checks on External buyers' requests for Purchased items.
- Give approvals for available material if there is excess.
- Adjust STO's and assure shipments occur.
Qualifications You Must Have: :
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Prior materials planning and/or program management experience within the aerospace industry or a manufacturing environment.
- Working experience in a customer-facing role,
- Experience working with Supply Chain, Scheduling, and/or Production Planning processes.
- Working proficiency with MRP/ERP systems.
- Working experience communicating, both written and verbal, with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior executives, with the ability to influence decisions, provide strategic input, and present ideas clearly and persuasively.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
