The Center of Excellence, Data Analytics Expert role
Are you passionate about solving complex data challenges and driving innovation? As a Data Analytics Expert with Qlik's R&D Customer First team, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences for customers while shaping the future of our products.
Working within a global and collaborative environment, you’ll leverage your expertise in data analytics and architecture to elevate product quality and empower teams to solve critical challenges.

- Hands-On Problem Solving - Take the lead in investigating customer escalations, identifying root causes, and driving solutions that resolve complex technical challenges.
- Champion the Customer Voice - Play an active role in the product release process by ensuring customer feedback shapes development and release decisions.
- Drive Product Excellence - Collaborate across teams to enhance system logging, diagnostics, and serviceability, making our products more robust and user-friendly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with pre-sales, support, and R&D teams globally to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Make a Global Impact - Engage directly with customers worldwide through occasional travel, gaining insights that help us build better products and services.
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Your work will be instrumental in transforming how Qlik supports and improves its products:
- Solve Critical Customer Issues - Lead customer escalation investigations, implement effective solutions, and strengthen support strategies to prevent future issues.
- Enhance Product Quality - Influence product development by advocating for customer needs during release signoffs and embedding serviceability enhancements.
- Standardize Root Cause Analysis - Establish and promote best practices for conducting consistent and thorough root cause analyses across R&D teams.
- Drive Proactive Improvements - Identify top customer pain points and collaborate with leaders to prioritize and implement corrective actions.
- Strengthen Customer Relationships - Act as a trusted technical advisor by engaging with customers, providing clear timelines, root cause insights, and solution roadmaps.
- Innovate Support Capabilities - Lead initiatives to improve product diagnostics, logging, and alarming systems, empowering support teams to resolve issues faster and smarter.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- Deep troubleshooting and communication skills with a proven experience of more than 3 years are required.
- Extensive Knowledge of Cloud technologies is required.
- Extensive knowledge of data analytics: data modelling, data connectivity, ETL, reporting, etc.
- Knowledge in one or more cloud environments: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge in Qlik Analytics Offerings/Products is an advantage
- Experience in scripting and programming is an advantage
- Previous customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Windows and Linux platforms.
