As part of the Workforce Consulting team you are responsible for leading people analytics strategy consulting-related projects, blending traditional HR practices with digital innovations to align with business goals. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level. You leverage your knowledge to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and develop successful, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of professional experience in People Analytics, Workforce Consulting, HR Technology Consulting, Data Analysis, or a related area
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, or Industrial Psychology preferred
- Certifications Preferred: CAP, PHP, and/or SHRM-CP
- Delivering HR transformation projects with digital innovations
- Developing people analytics strategies aligned with business goals
- Supporting people analytics assessment projects
- Creating workforce analytics roadmaps
- Conducting benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Managing projects in HR analytics initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
