The Opportunity
As part of the People Analytics team you support the development and implementation of workforce analytics solutions that help clients refine talent strategies, improve employee engagement, and drive business outcomes. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You work closely with clients, business leaders, HR, and technology teams to provide data-driven insights and solutions for workforce transformation, contributing to the creation of workforce analytics roadmaps and performing benchmarking and competitive analysis to provide insights on workforce trends and industry leading practices.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of professional experience in People Analytics, HR Technology Consulting, Data Analysis, or a related area
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Computer and Information Science preferred
- Certifications preferred: CAP, PHP, and/or SHRM-CP
- Excelling in creative thinking and individual initiative
- Supporting HR transformation with digital innovations
- Developing people analytics strategies aligned with business goals
- Conducting benchmarking and competitive analysis for insights
- Managing HR analytics projects from scoping to execution
- Utilizing proficiency in Python and R programming languages
- Familiarity with trends in People Analytics and HR Technology

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
