A career in our Reward practice, within People and Organisation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximise their return on the overall investment in human capital. You'll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Our team helps organisations set their compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and employee performance. As part of our team, you'll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

- Develops project approaches and work plans, including dependencies, maintaining project economics, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
- Identifies and resolving basic business analysis challenges with limited assistance;
- Adjusts readily to shifting priorities and rapid change by anticipating and addressing client needs while building and expanding relationships with clients;
- Promotes a collaborative work environment while managing, coaching, and mentoring less experienced staff;
- Monitors the team workload while meeting client expectations, and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
- Works on various sized project teams, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and,
- Transforms the business by creating capacity and delivering an enhanced employee and client experience.

CPA or SHRM or CFP or CFA or CCP or CEP

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the structuring of design, regulatory, compliance, financial reporting and technical aspects of compensation arrangements in either a major law-firm, consulting or corporate environment with areas of focus to include a combination of any of the following:
- Broad based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits including, qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and their administration;
- Standard and non-traditional job evaluation methodologies, senior and executive compensation, salary structures, merit budget development;
- Payroll administration, day to day processes, ability to understand the payroll life cycle and challenges;
- Equity/Stock based compensation and international treatment;
- Talent/Job architecture and salary structure;
- Compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;
- Compensation and Benefits accounting and valuations; and,
- Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
