You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Project Leadership team you are expected to support enterprise-wide transformation efforts by leading activities across at least one work stream and to a defined scope and budget. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

- Related Workday functional certifications

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
