The Opportunity
As part of the United States National Tax Practice Mergers and Acquisitions team you are going to lead the creation and implementation of impactful M&A tax strategies. As a Senior Manager you are going to guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are going to leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen of industry-leading business trends, the firm's client service offerings, and professional industry networks to deliver quality results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

The salary range for this position is: $119,300 - $328,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
