We are looking for a Head of National Broker Strategy to join our Agency Channel team. Reporting to our VP, Agency Business, you’ll be responsible for developing and driving our broker relationship strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate new relationships with the nation’s largest brokers, aggregators and agency groups
  • Serve as broker relationship manager for existing National Brokers appointed to transact business with Next
  • Develop and coordinate resources to help our National Broker agents grow small business premium with Next through internal collaboration with key stakeholders within Next business units
  • Hold monthly meetings with National Broker partners to communicate status of business goals, identify opportunities, and eliminate barriers to success
  • Provide regular National Broker updates to VP, Agency Business, and Next leadership team
  • In partnership with Next data and FP&A teams, identify appropriate broker reporting metrics and develop reports to communicate status of each broker priority
  • Organize time and information effectively to support the needs of each National Broker partner and Next Agency team

 

What We Need:

  • 6-8+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create an execute a National Broker partnership strategy
  • Proven track record of success with the largest National Brokers, Aggregators, and Agency Groups
  • Experience with executive level discussions at National Brokers to establish commitments and deliver results
  • Proficiency managing stakeholders in a highly cross-functional role
  • Ability to build and implement a wide range of creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and able to find answers that may not be obvious
  • Experience with managing CRM technologies
  • Open to travel up to 25% as needed

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:
$150,000$190,000 USD
