The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you design and build ETL jobs using Informatica PowerCenter. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Operate/Managed Services/Production Support
- SQL/PL-SQL
What Sets You Apart
- Informatica Power Centre certification
- Significant experience designing and building ETL jobs using Informatica PowerCenter
- Designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from various sources into data storage systems
- Demonstrating experience in building productive ETL/ELT processes using Informatica 10.x or above
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, data load failures, and performance bottlenecks using Informatica and SQL/PL-SQL
- Implementing data validation and cleansing procedures to maintain the quality, integrity, and dependability of the data
- Demonstrating significant experience in developing scalable, repeatable, and secure data structures and pipelines
- Improving the scalability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of data pipelines
- Demonstrating experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica, SSIS, Alteryx

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
