This AWS Alliance Manger role will sit within the Alliance team and support the AWS Alliance in the Cyber, Risk, and Reg space. Focusing on the AWS Alliance overall strategy as we go to market, this role will drive PwC specific value propositions, strategic direction, and pipeline progression across the Cyber, Risk, and Reg portfolio.

- Act as the day-to-day contact between PwC and alliance partners to facilitate effective communication, articulate value propositions, and identify joint opportunities;
- Build and maintain working relationships with alliance stakeholders, understanding organizational structures, priorities, and key relationships to enhance collaboration;
- Provide relationship assessments and develop actionable business plans to improve strategic relationships over time;
- Collaborate with alliance and PwC leadership in annual and ongoing strategic planning sessions, aligning on growth objectives and market needs;
- Support the development and execution of joint business strategies and go-to-market plans;
- Assist in identifying new collaboration areas and supporting growth opportunities within the partnership;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that enhance visibility and pipeline opportunities for joint offerings;
- Drive tactical execution of demand generation activities, such as sales QBRs, webinars, industry events, and conferences, while tracking ROI and campaign effectiveness;
- Plan and deliver joint enablement sessions for internal and alliance stakeholders to deepen their understanding of products, services, and capabilities;
- Create and distribute tailored enablement materials to improve sales and delivery of joint solutions;
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as pipeline progress, revenue, and campaign outcomes, to support data-driven decision-making;
- Identify risks and support mitigation efforts to preserve trusted relationships and operational continuity;
- Support process improvements across alliance operations to maintain efficiency and quality;
- Work with Legal, Risk, and leadership teams to create and maintain alliance agreements in compliance with firm standards and goals;
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to improve planning and execution;
- Maintain knowledge of partner offerings and technological advancements to articulate benefits effectively to stakeholders and clients;
- Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams, promote inclusivity, and encourage continuous improvement;
- Provide feedback and contribute to team development while enhancing team outcomes and productivity;
- Demonstrate an extensive level of knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Demonstrate extensive abilities with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce);

The salary range for this position is: $73,000 - $240,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
