Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Strategy Coordinator to support our Group Insurance (GI) Marketing team reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, Group Insurance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong strategic thinking and project management skills. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from driving strategic initiatives to coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing department.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes conducting in-depth research and gathering data to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights to the CMO.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects as directed by the CMO, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and successful outcomes, such as event planning, content creation, and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team leads and key partners.
- Manage the internal communication strategy for GI Marketing, including planning, writing, reviewing, and collaborating with Prudential's communications organization for broader messaging.
- Support the GI Marketing team by ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and equipment to work effectively, and coordinate team training where appropriate. Handle complex schedules and logistics, including travel and expense reporting, to balance strategic duties with administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to inspire and articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently, often with limited information, and to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Demonstrate superior judgment and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Location: This role will be hybrid with onsite work in Newark, NJ 2 days per week.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $78,700.00 to $117,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
