As a SCSR-SA, you will report to the National Sales Director, Strategic Accounts. This position will provide all sales related support, reporting and procedures as well as on-boarding assistance to the Directors Strategic Accounts (DSA) for select strategic accounts. This will represent approximately 75% of job responsibilities for the SCSR-SA. In addition, the SCSR-SA will be responsible for generating leads for increased sales opportunities within these existing strategic accounts and selected new accounts. This will represent approximately 25% of the CSR-SA job responsibilities. As a SCSR-SA you will work in conjunction with your field counterparts to maintain and grow the selected strategic accounts through their engagement with the client.
We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple large volume accounts.
This position will be supporting one of two geographic areas: 1)West, Mid-America and North Central divisions and will support three Directors of Strategic Accounts in respective geographic area. This is a remote position with less than 5% travel.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-boarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts/practices to guarantee a top-level customer experience. This includes but is not limited to:
- Provide support to all assigned accounts which includes but is not limited to running reports, ordering kits, monitoring TAT, personalizing requisitions, updating Salesforce, EMR and portal requests (75% of job responsibilities)
- Execute all internal sales operation needed to establish a new practice, including: shipping requisitions, supplies, and kits; portal set-up and portal usage (add users, resend invites, etc.); develop intervention/ remediation plans as needed
- Portal build and training. EMR vetting and interfacing (upon request of practice)
- Utilize comprehensive analysis to target selected low volume clients and potential new clients via cold calling for new growth opportunities and generate leads for aligned Directors of Strategic Accounts
- Work collaboratively with Labcorp Division sales, operations on an as needed basis to satisfy customer needs and support the growth of new opportunities
- Upsell current clients and provide training on new product lines ensuring a smooth submission of new product line orders
- Research, contact and secure 4-8 quality appointments per month in a defined group of target accounts for the Directors of Strategic Accounts that this role supports
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences
- Preferred 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management or Sales Experience in Diagnostics segment
- Women's healthcare experience and relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums and hospital and health systems highly preferred
- Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience highly desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Salesforce experience is preferred
Pay Range: $73k-$83k
