As a UX Developer Principal within PNC's Lending Technology - Core Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Brecksville, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Jacksonville, FL, or Dallas, TX.
As a UX Developer some of core responsibilities of the role, could include, but are not limited to:
- Interview end users to derive requirements for the user interface and user experience

- Design the user interface and experience using Figma
- Collaborate with other designers and developers
- Collaborate with business users
- Peer review to ensure consistency throughout our applications.
The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

Job Description
- Leverages deep understanding of activities, practices, deliverables and considerations in user interface development to lead technical design and development of complex user interfaces.
- Independently delivers complex design and development specifications for user-friendly and effective graphics, page layouts, icons, objects, navigation and templates. Leads others in the coding, testing, implementation and documentation of front-end development.
- Analyzes user experience on graphics, page layouts, icons, objects, navigation and templates. Maintains and upgrades interface functionalities for specific requirements; actively participates in code and design review as needed. Identifies common design flaws and usability problems.
- Directs business assessment and requirements analysis processes for the front-end development of graphical user interfaces. Facilitates the posting of complex data, programs, forms, HTML pages and graphic images for existing and new applications. Discusses interface design plans with Technology, Marketing and lines of business.
- Leverages modern tools and techniques to develop clean, efficient, and reusable code. Coaches, educates, and evangelizes junior staff on front end development best practices. Describes policies, practices and standards for effective user interface design. Creates and executes platform-level architectural strategies that enable implementation of design principles.
