About the Role: Supply Chain Planning Leader
As the Supply Chain Planning Leader, you'll manage the replenishment of finished products and raw materials for the Gatorade business unit at the Tolleson, AZ facility and repack locations. This role is pivotal in maximizing product availability and plant performance while minimizing total system costs.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Leadership: Act as a "player-coach," directly overseeing plant and repack finished goods planning while serving as the planning representative on the plant management team.
- Production Oversight: Manage ~65MM cases of production across 9 plant lines and assigned repack lines.
- Capacity Planning: Oversee master scheduling responsibilities for a 65-week planning horizon, forecasting manufacturing and warehousing capacity needs.
- Inventory Management: Ensure daily warehouse inventory replenishment meets company targets and customer service objectives across plant and third-party warehouses.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Mexico Capability Center to coordinate raw material supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Supplier Relations: Serve as the facility's primary contact for the global procurement team and external vendors to resolve supplier issues.
- Waste Reduction: Manage old age, product loss, and material scrap budgets while developing action plans to address key loss drivers.
- Process Improvement: Use Tableau tools and advanced Excel analytics for root cause analysis and to drive actionable insights.
- Early Management: Provide leadership on new product, package, and ingredient introductions, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
- Team Development: Build talent and develop capabilities using PepsiCo's Performance Management Process (PMP) tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary Range: $102,800 - $150,000, based on experience, location, and skills.
- Annual Performance Bonus: Targeted at 12% of annual salary.

Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency required.
- Skills:
- Proven leadership with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional execution and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Soft Skills:
- Results-oriented with a history of driving innovation and delivering outcomes.
- Proven ability to build talent and manage organizational change effectively.
