Job Description Summary
As a Commercial Leader on the Services Sourcing team, you will strategize and lead the aftermarket relationship between GE Aerospace and key suppliers. The Commercial Leader role is the spot within Sourcing that is closest to the customer and to value-generation in the area of maintenance, repair and overhaul. In this position, you will grow your understanding of the full product life cycle and the aftermarket opportunities that are a crucial part of our suppliers' commercial landscape. Your substantial contributions to GE Aerospace's business will require, and will also be a catalyst for, deep and broad relationships within our MRO shops, product lines, fleet support management, and customer teams.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages contracts and relationships with suppliers. Drives supplier issue resolution including commercial and delivery root cause and corrective action.
- Leads cross-functional teams and projects. Communicates difficult and complex concepts, coordinates alignment of stakeholders, and executes on resulting plans.
- Negotiates deals and drives supplier accountability and collaboration.
- Has a substantial role in decision-making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve needed outcomes.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university or college and 5 years of sourcing and/or commercial deal-making positions (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in sourcing and/or commercial deal-making positions).

The salary range for this position is $126,700 - 180,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
