Reporting to the One Warehouse Sr. Director, this role will lead the execution of the One Warehouse operations across 4 pillars (Talent, GTM & Manufacturing, Portfolio & Marketing, and Category Strategies) to become Faster, Stronger and Better. As a One Warehouse Leader, you will drive activities to achieve cost targets and improve performance in the areas of warehouse true efficiency (WTE), safety, order quality and warehouse capability while ensuring compliance objectives are met. You will maintain positive employee relations while driving significant change. The One Warehouse Leader will manage multiple locations, including production and satellite sites within their geography, ensure local sites execution of GTM business, coupled with servicing our partners in Production within their area of the division.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and support all warehouse activities within a specific geographic area of the division to deliver against operating and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments to the company.
  • Support the development of the warehouse portion of the Division's strategic vision for Annual AOP, including continuous year-on-year improvement across Safety, Security, Delivery, Employee Engagement, and Cost (SQDEC) measures.
  • Identify and coordinate improvements in warehouse operations within the division's specific geographic areas to meet cost objectives and performance standards.
  • Accountable for all productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety & motivation key performance metrics.
  • Evaluate area locations' personnel capabilities, skills, and resource alignment to ensure performance against objectives.
  • Identify day-to-day operational issues and develop strategic solutions to drive toward short and long-term performance goals.
  • Establish clear performance and behavioral expectations for all employees and build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly and salaried personnel.
  • Delivery of effective change leadership, driving business changes while minimizing people impact, ensuring excellent change management, results delivery, and people support through all transformations.
  • Support Go to Market (GTM) escalations to resolve service issues.
  • Provide input into customer service and ensure locations meet expectations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field) or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of operations, logistics, warehouse, or similar field experience required.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple locations with varying priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to interface effectively with location personnel, and different functional groups within the business units.
  • Working knowledge of finance, capital planning, project cost tracking and forecasting, economic justification analysis, statistical process control.
  • Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance.
  • Strong innovative external focus with proven ability to affect sustainable change.
  • Must be very effective in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective results.
  • Strong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in.
  • High analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and energy commitment to value creation, impact, and margin objectives.
  • Proven track record as an "agent of change", able to move quickly and bring a sense of urgency to the business.
  • A team player and strong internal and external relationship builder to achieve the necessary leadership and management initiatives.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Persons must be open to living in the LA/SOCAL region, and 50% of traveling is required. No relocation will be provided.
