Senior Brand Marketing Specialist

The Senior Brand Marketing Specialist at Paperless Post plays an integral role in managing and executing brand campaigns and communication strategies across marketing channels, including but not limited to email, blog, social, and Press/PR. We are looking for someone who can work well with internal creative teams, collaborate across the organization, and articulately communicate with outside partners and creators. The person in this role should be proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on getting the job done and a passion for managing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and achieve our company goals.  

This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications. This role is hybrid, working twice a week in our NYC office, so we are looking for a local candidate.

What you’ll do here: 

  • Plan and manage seasonal and brand-specific integrated marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with the greater marketing team to lead brainstorms, write briefs, and ensure execution of deliverables across all appropriate marketing channels
  • Track and manage brand marketing budget 
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Email Campaign Manager to build out the quarterly email marketing calendar,  leading campaign ideation and planning as well as messaging direction
  • Have your finger on the pulse of cultural and industry trends while also planning around the strong seasonality of our business 
  • Work with the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications on strategic promotional planning    
  • Support new design partner launches and leverage existing partnerships to create unique content to distribute across various marketing channels
  • Seek out compelling creators, designers, artists, and users to collaborate with on and leverage across marketing channels
  • Support PR, paid creator, and brand ambassador programs to generate on-brand content to leverage across marketing channels

Must haves: 

  • 4-6 years in a brand marketing or content marketing role
  • A deep interest in cultural and market trends, consumer behavior, storytelling, and a passion for parties
  • Experience with email and marketing campaign planning and ideating creative concepts, ideally in an industry driven by seasonality 
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and timelines
  • Experience working with influencers and/or brand ambassadors, a plus
  • Knowledge of and experience working with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, a plus  
  • Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio & Looker, a plus

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - 115,000 USD. 

At Paperless Post, compensation is based on a number of factors, including geographic location, job-related skills, years of experience, and internal team banding. All full-time offer packages come with a base salary, equity component, and options for fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits. The range posted here is based on the NYC market and may vary based on candidate location.
