The Program Manager will work closely with Services Leadership and LOB stakeholders to deliver cross-functional strategic objectives, while providing visibility throughout the organization. This position will manage strategic, technical and Services initiatives. They will coordinate efforts between different projects and lead the overall program with attention to strategy, implementation, and coordination of key resources. Core functions are to manage the strategy and development of processes and procedures, program communication plan, program oversight, and partner with other Optiv departments to ensure accurate, efficient, and profitable operational success.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Develop and manage schedule/budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for Executive management and stakeholders.
  • Works directly with Services, the broader CRO, Marketing, Finance, Enterprise Applications, and other departments, where needed and participates in a culture of continuous improvement within the key parts of the organizations, ensuring that all processes use a data-driven focus to set priorities for improvements aligned to the ongoing strategic initiatives.
  • Provides support and coordination across the organization to implement and measure continuous improvement efforts.
  • Leverage change management best practices to ensure the successful adoption of strategic initiatives
  • Mentor project managers to refine their individual project management skills and behaviors. Provide opportunities to others to help close their skill gaps.
  • Builds relationships across the organization at all levels.
  • Documents and shares best practices and lessons learned from observations and problem-solving efforts.
  • Collaborates with across other business units to support effective transformations across various teams.
  • Supervise Business Analyst(s) and ensure their tasks align with program objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure effective collaboration across teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organization skills and deep understanding of Project Management concepts for planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Effective analytical skills with an ability to identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources to assist
  • Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support.
  • Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience with change management and process improvement principles
  • Must have a strong "presence" and the ability to participate with various stakeholders to drive initiatives, best practices, and process improvements
  • Strong understanding of Services Operations
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills, including the ability to listen and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, able to thrive and navigate ambiguity
