NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager for Genomics, to lead partnerships and develop strategies within the genomics ecosystem, driving accelerated computing and deep learning to address sophisticated problems in genomics, transcriptomics, and related areas. Connect with industry professionals, form relationships with leaders, and stay informed about trends in genomic and related data analysis. The candidate will lead strategy within NVIDIA Healthcare's Omics team, as well as in external collaborations with sequencing platforms and software vendors, manage relationships with key opinion leaders, coordinate strategic accounts, and align technology roadmaps with NVIDIA's technology platforms!

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead strategic relationships with key opinion leaders across genomics: platform developers, top sequencing centers, leading startups, software vendors, influential researchers, and industry consortia
  • Work with the NVIDIA global account managers to oversee strategic accounts
  • Establish strong relationships with external product teams & developers focused on making them successful
  • Deeply understand the roadmap; Resolve and distill features requests into actionable project engineering steering and product requirements capturing
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the Industrial sector by maximizing NVIDIA's technology solutions, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Lead internal and external project engagement with cross functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Applied Research
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning with inter-disciplinary internal and external teams
  • Supply domain insight to product sales & marketing collateral development
  • Present at research conferences, host technical meetups, and build community at industry events; engage partners and visionaries to highlight and showcase NVIDIA technology at same
  • Be alert to the competitive landscape and industry trends to communicate internally and advise business decisions and strategies

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years' experience in strategic leadership
  • 4+ years' experience in machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence
  • Background in software development.
  • Excellent social skills. Ability to work well across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executive), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers
  • Outstanding communication - track record of explaining complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent understanding of key methodologies of genomics, transcriptomics and related multiomics

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Ph.D. or equivalent experience in a relevant field; MBA
  • Validated expertise in applied machine learning, deep learning, or data science in life sciences.
  • Driven to positively impact healthcare through the use of new technologies.
  • Driven to build new markets by building productive important relationships across this ecosystem.
  • Experience with high-performance computing and parallel/distributed computing concepts or supporting HPC infrastructure. Bonus points for CUDA programming experience.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
