We are currently seeking a M365 Engineer to join our team in supporting our west coast customer.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to Tier 1 engineers. Responsible for Maintenance and Operations of 9 GCC Microsoft tenants, resolving tickets to meet contractual SLE. ITIL framework is used.
- Responsible for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support.
- Defines specifications for operating systems applications and modifies/maintains existing applications.
- Designs, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructure including hardware, software, and various configurations. Designs and deploys systems based on business/user requirements.

Required Skills:

Data and Intelligence-Analytics-BI Reporting-Microsoft SSRS/Power BI: 1 to 3 years exp.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 100k to 120k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
