In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of M365, driving innovation and user adoption while maximizing its potential as a platform for collaboration, productivity, and automation powered by AI capabilities like CoPilot. You will be responsible for shaping the M365 strategy, managing its infrastructure and governance, fostering user adoption, and spearheading efforts to leverage its built-in AI functionalities to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of M365 services, best practices, and a deep commitment to leveraging its potential to drive business value within the food services and retail convenience industries.

Job Responsibilities

? Develop and implement a comprehensive M365 strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
? Lead the selection, configuration, and deployment of M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform, considering the specific needs of the food services and retail convenience industries.
? Manage and maintain M365 infrastructure, ensuring security, compliance, and ongoing optimization.
? Establish and enforce governance policies for M365 usage, including data security, access control, and user permissions.
? Establish standards for use of Microsoft products by various Aramark personas (with initial focus on frontline associates).
? Champion user adoption by developing training programs, promoting best practices, and driving awareness of M365 capabilities across the organization.
? Collaborate with business units to identify and implement AI-powered solutions using CoPilot and other M365 features to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, and improve decision-making.
? Stay up-to-date on the latest M365 trends, features, and security updates, and continuously evaluate new technologies for potential integration.
? Manage and develop a team of M365 specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and ensuring their technical proficiency.
? Establish governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards for Office 365 usage.
? Ensure data privacy, access controls, and adherence to industry regulations.
? Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
? Track and report on M365 usage, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI), including user account management and security feature management.
? Be accountable for maximizing the value of the MS platform to the Aramark community, including the education and evangelization with Aramark.
? Be an active part of a greater MS community including forming and maintaining relationships with other similar multi country organizations that leverage the MS platform to help Aramark achieve greater value and overcome obstacles with the platform.
? Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (including Human Resources, Corporate services, Marketing) to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
? Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing and deploying enterprise-level Microsoft platforms.
? Certifications in M365, Azure, or AI-related domains
? Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing M365 in a large organization.
? In-depth knowledge of M365 services, capabilities, and best practices, including security and compliance considerations.
? Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and infrastructure management.
? Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders across diverse levels.
? Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented environment; and aligning business goals with the overall Aramark Technology vision.
? Experience and understanding of AI capabilities within M365, particularly CoPilot, and its potential applications in the food services and retail convenience industries.
? Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation

The salary rate for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
