WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This person will work with internal and external account teams and senior/lead business analysts to identify opportunities for leveraging data while driving business results connecting analytics and business objectives (e.g. set shipping forecast, synchronize and optimize shipping plans vs. order book and financial expectations, full price inventory optimization, etc.).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a proven capability of data analysis to solve business problems and communicate findings. Having a collaborative mindset along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is also critical.

Critical Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
  • Beginner to intermediate level experience with analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • Skilled in Excel/Advanced Excel
  • Translate business problems to technical tasks

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Capture, manage, and maintain orderbook for Central and South American and ensure booking targets are met across multiple KPI's
  • Prepare data findings with clear action points on a continuous basis in support of the MSC Account, Channel, and Seasonal Leadership Teams with recommendations for action
  • Experience developing evaluation methods / metrics for performance management, and developing and maintaining visualizations in Tableau (or similar tools) to communicate business performance
  • E2E planning and influencing of the business results; connecting analytics and the business (e.g. oversee readiness for upcoming seasonal product launches and recommending optimized shipping modes, full price to off price inventory transitions etc.)
  • Own and drive impactful insights including identifying continuous process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in "business analyst" network across the org to collaborate, share and learn.
  • Track, trace, and communicate Seasonal delivery performance and recommend solutions to Account, Channel and Seasonal teams.

Skills preferred:

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish
