Supply Chain Business Analyst

We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business counterparts, Local and Regional IT departments and several software vendors to provide solutions based on Business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, define and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives focused on the Supply Chain & Logistics area
  • Create corresponding functional/technical requirement documents from business requirements
  • Assist users in functional acceptance testing and assist in the release updates of new or existing applications to support project implementation
  • Participate in the design and execution of implementation/configuration of the retail and WMS solution
  • Coordinate the affected internal business and technical teams for the finalization of the requirements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert supporting and administrating within the functional areas of his/her responsibility during the project and also after the post-implementation
  • Provide functional/technical support to make sure that the systems are working effectively and efficiently
  • Lead and organize training sessions for the end users to assist change management in collaboration with the Regional IT

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Expertise in requirements analysis within supply chain management
  • Understanding of configuration and implementation of retail and WMS systems
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, SQL and data analytics tools
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
