WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our Product Line Manager will partner with Design (product, color, graphic, and material), development, merchandising, innovation, Sports and Brand marketing.
You will report to the Product Director and work closely with the PLM team. In addition to working with your team to bring product to life, you will work with sports marketing, materials/trims teams, brand, planning, sourcing, merchandising, and finance along the product journey. This role works extremely close with our assets and partners throughout the creation process, from creation to delivery.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline driven environment while embracing the volatility which can come with working over 100 assets and internal/external partners.
In this role, this individual will partner with PLMs across your initiative to lead all facets of this portion of the portfolio including the uniform and apparel product creation process. As the Lead Product Line Manager, this individual will partner across functional team, while bringing excellent communication skills, a strong strategic competence, and creative problem-solving skills to this high- profile role.
This person will need to represent the consumer, have a passion for product, fashion, color, and style. They also need excellent communication skills as well as be able to influence, collaborate, and create consensus. They will need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the ability to align to an efficient process. This individual should be able to work well in ambiguity, can refine the operating model they work within.
- Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
- 5+ years of related experience in product-related role
- Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines
- Passion for product and understanding the Women's Sport consumer
- Outstanding attention to details
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Ability to travel up to 5-10%
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
If this is you, you will work with Product Management and a cross-functional team on the creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for crafting insightful and impactful product briefs in partnership with their manager. They will analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market and bringing quality product to market that solves problems for our consumer and meets margin targets.
A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints.
